A public safety professional with more than 30 years of progressive experience in safety, security, corrections, education, emergency response, and professional instruction. Her career combines real-world operational experience with a strong commitment to training and professional development. Beginning as a student with the Metropolitan Police Self Defense Institute (MPSDI) in the mid-1990s, she later advanced to serve as an adjunct instructor, contributing to practical, reality-based training programs focused on personal protection, situational awareness, and emergency response.
